Whether you are having a religious, spiritual or humanist ceremony, the music you choose should reflect you as a couple. Ideally choose a song that has special meaning to you or has sentimental value.
You may have that perfect song that means so much to you but perhaps you think it's too upbeat or maybe too rocky for a ceremony. However, almost every song can be stripped back to reveal a more romantic sound. A really good example of this was in a scene in 'Schitts Creek' when Patrick serenaded David with his version of "The Best" by Tina Turner on a side note if you haven't watched Schittz creek check it out ☺
"The Best" always sounds gorgeous with piano accompaniment too, i have sung this version with piano and guitar; they are equally as nice.
If your special song doesn't work lyrically in terms of the occasion then don’t worry because it still could be part of your ceremony in an instrumental form. You could have an instrumental of an 80s tune or an old 90s dance tune or maybe a pop song from the noughties.
We can help you to come up with some really cool arrangements that ensure that your special song works well for the occasion.
